The Premier Valves Cast Steel Gate Valve is engineered for dependable isolation in demanding industrial systems. Featuring robust Outside Screw & Yoke (OS & Y) construction, this valve offers reliable operation and long service life. Its flexible wedge design allows for the choice between solid or split wedges, ensuring adaptability to various pressure and flow requirements. Designed with a full port, it minimizes pressure drop, enabling efficient flow with minimal resistance.
This valve incorporates renewable and integral seat rings, enhancing maintainability and sealing reliability. The burnished finish stem reduces operating torque, providing smooth manual or gear operation. For high-pressure applications, a pressure seal bonnet or welded bonnet is available on request, guaranteeing safety and leak-proof performance.
Manufactured to meet stringent API 600 and BS 1414 standards, and tested under API 598 and ISO 5208, this valve ensures top-quality performance and compliance. Rated for ANSI classes 150#, 300#, 600#, and 900#, it covers a wide range of pressure requirements.
Available in sizes from 25 mm to 600 mm, it is made from premium materials including WCB, CF8, CF8M, Hastelloy, Super Duplex, Alloy 20, and LCB. The valve features 13% chromium and Stellite trims for enhanced wear resistance and durability. End connections include flanged and butt weld ends.
