Premier Valve’s Forged Steel Gate Valve is built for high-performance isolation in critical industrial systems. Featuring OS & Y construction, it provides reliable shut-off and clear stem position visibility. The valve includes renewable and integral seat rings for long service life and easy maintenance, with an optional welded bonnet for high-pressure applications.
Designed to meet API 602 standards and tested as per API 598, this gate valve is available in ANSI pressure ratings from 150# to 2500#, ensuring compatibility across a wide range of pressure requirements. It is offered in sizes from 15 mm to 50 mm, with end options such as flanged, screwed, socket weld, and butt weld, ensuring flexibility in installation.
Manufactured using high-grade materials like A105, F11, F22, F51, LF2, F304, F304L, F316, and F316L, and trims including 13% Cr and Stellite, the valve delivers excellent corrosion and wear resistance. Complying with ASME B16.10 or manufacturer-specific dimensions, and operated manually, it is ideal for use in oil & gas, power plants, and industrial applications.
