The Premier Valves Cast Steel Butterfly Valve is engineered for precise flow regulation across a wide range of industrial applications, including water treatment, desalination, and marine systems. Available in centric, single eccentric, and double eccentric designs, it provides tailored performance for various pressure and flow conditions.
This valve features Full Lug and Semi-Lug designs with a top mounting pad as per ISO 5211, ensuring easy actuator compatibility. The innovative self-energizing seating system and heavy-duty square grooved seat with O-ring seals eliminate the need for additional flange gaskets, simplifying installation and enhancing leak-proof performance.
Designed to meet AWWA C504 and API 609 CAT A standards, and tested under API 598, the valve guarantees robust and reliable operation. Offered in pressure classes PN 10, PN 16, and PN 20, and in sizes from 25 mm to 900 mm, it supports a wide range of industrial requirements.
Constructed from premium materials including Cast Iron, WCB, CF8, CF8M, Hastelloy, Super Duplex, and Alloy 20, with seal options like EPDM, Nitrile, Viton, PTFE, and metal seated, the valve resists corrosion and wear.
